Diet Plan For Over all Health & Fitness

Before Implementing this Diet Plan & to get effectiveness of Diet Plan.

It is very important to Follow some golden rules of health & Fitness.

1 Chew every bite 32 time.
2 Chew slow & in both jaws by rotating bite both side.
3 Take always light dinner & trying to complete it on or before 7:30 pm. 
4 8 Hrs Sleeping required.
5 Do some exercise & Meditation every day.
6 Sit Always properly
7 Flushing your stomach is very imported.So clear it first.If your stomach upset, then you must treat it first.without wellness of stomach,  you cann't get effectiveness of diet plan.
8 Brushing two time morning & evening.
9 Trying to avoid non-veg or ones in a week.
10 Perform more & more physical activity at office as well as at home like onfoot walking, cycling & jogging etc.
11 Drink 4-6 litre water daily.

Early Morning:-
1 Wake up 4 to 5 AM.
2 Before brushing, Dring two glass luke warm water with one lemon juce & 1 spoon honey.
3 After brushing take 1 big size bananas or 2 small size.

Morning :-
1 Do meditation 15-30 minutes.
2 Do exercise aerobics 1-2 hrs including running.
3 Take a healthy & heavy breakfast.you can choose from the below mentioned list.
Paneer Paratha, Vegitable Upama, Vegitble Uttapam, Veg Biriani, Paneer Brocoli & Masharum Mixed Fry, Multigrains  mixed fry, Kabuli chana + Raw rice + Poha grind well & make dosa + Sambher, Energy Drinks Almond 2-3 pcs+chashew 2-3 pcs+Dates 2-3 pcs+1 glass milk boiled+pista 10-15 pcs+raisin 5-10 pcs+honey all well gring & drink, Veg Mixed Paratha,Poha, Veg Idli etc.

Lunch:-
1 Before Lunch take 1 plate salad/sprouts
2 Lunch 12 :30 to 1:30 PM.
In the lunch take 2 bowl vegitble + 2-4 roti+ 1 bowl pulse+pickle.

Evening:-
1 1 pcs Apple
2 5 pcs Walnut

Dinner:-
1 Vegitble 2 bowl + 2-3 roti.
2 After Dinner 1 glass milk.
