Daily Routine of Life

1. Wake up early in the morning 4-5 am.Flush your eyes and face with water immediately after wake up.

2. Drink a  glass of lukewarm water with added lemon juice as per your requirement (because excess lemon juice may infect your throat due to ph change) plus 1 spoon Honey

3. Brush your teeth two times morning & evening to prevent from cavity formation. 

4. Take some fruits in morning like bananas and apple.

5. Do exercise aerobic type 1 hours and jogging 3 to 5 kilometers. Do meditation and stretching also. You can do it in evening also


6. After exercise take a healthy breakfast  around 7 to 8 am. Take 3-4 pieces of water soaked almonds

7. Before lunch take a plate of salad including  cucumber and carrot.

8. Do your lunch around 1 to 2 pm like roti pulse vegetable etc

9. In evening 4 to 5 pm take an apple or any other seasonal fruits.

10. Do jogging/exercise/meditation/stretching 30 to 45 minutes in evening.

11. Do your dinner light and early on or before 7:30 pm.

12. Reading spiritual/motivatioal/inspiring books before sleeping.

13. Go to bedroom early on or before 9:30 pm.
